At this time of year it is VERY important that we boost up and support our immune system.  Winter is coming and any change of season — even from colder weather to warm weather, justifies boosting our immune system.  But how to do that?  Well, there are several energy techniques, easy to do and FREE! that make this a painless process.  The following video by Donna Eden shows her illustrating her 5 minute energy routine.  I do it almost every day (I sometimes forget or get busy!) and it is great for keeping my immune system tuned up and fighting off all those colds and flues circulating out there!
